Tom Gilroy has written and directed three award-winning films, the critically-acclaimed features Spring Forward and The Cold Lands, and the short Touch Base, as well as the shorts <a href="https://vimeo.com/424310345" target="_blank" rel="noopener">#WaynesvilleStrong</a>, Mr Sycamore, and his collaboration with R.E.M., It Happened Today. With his theatre company, Machine Full, Gilroy mounted over a dozen critically acclaimed productions of his own plays as well as the multimedia production of Hamlet. His new project is Our Lady of the Snow, with Isabella Rosselini, Grace Zabriskie, Jared Harris, Ian Hart, and Lili Taylor.

Invisible Hands

So Yong Kim is an award-winning Korean-American independent filmmaker whose new film, Lovesong, starring Riley Keough and Jena Malone, is out now. In 2006, So received the Special Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival for her debut feature, In Between Days; she followed up that film with Treeless Mountain, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival in 2008 and was theatrically released by Oscilloscope to excellent reviews. Kim&#8217;s third feature, For Ellen, starring Paul Dano and Jon Heder, premiered at the Sundance and Berlin Film Festivals in 2012 and was subsequently released in theaters by Tribeca Films. Most recently in 2014, So directed Spark and Light, a short film starring Riley Keough commissioned by fashion house Miu Miu as part of their ongoing series Women’s Tales.

Josh Safdie was born and raised in New York City, in both Queens and Manhattan. He usually collaborates with his brother Benny. Together they have released films all over the world, premiering at international festivals like Cannes, Venice, Sundance, Toronto, Locarno, New York, etc. His forthcoming film, Heaven Knows What, is set for a summer 2015 U.S. release from RADiUS-TWC.

David Lowery is a filmmaker from Texas. His work as a director has been shown at Sundance, SXSW and the Cannes Film Festival, and includes Pioneer, St. Nick and Ain&#8217;t Them Bodies Saints. As an editor, he has cut such films as Bad Fever, Sun Don&#8217;t Shine and Upstream Color, for which he received an Independent Spirit Nomination. As of this writing he is working on a movie about a dragon.
