Empire recently described Simon Rumley as “one of the most important and intelligent British film-makers working today.” Screen International said of his critically acclaimed 2017 feature, Crowhurst, which was executive produced by British legend Nicolas Roeg, “It reaffirms Rumley&#8217;s position among the most interesting, unconventional British filmmakers of the moment.” Rumley has directed nine feature films, including Red White &amp; Blue, Fashionista and The Living and the Dead, and contributed to the anthology film The ABCs of Death. His films have played at festivals around the world including Toronto, Rotterdam, SXSW, Sarajevo, Tallin, Transylvania, Buenos Aires, Sydney, London, Rio and Stockholm, and won almost 50 awards collectively, including best film or director prizes at Sitges, Fantastic Fest, Fantasia and Fantaspoa, amongst others. Everyone Sees Different Things: Remembering Nicolas Roeg

James Marsh is an English director best known for his 2008 film, Man on Wire, which won many awards including the Oscar for Best Documentary. His other notable non-fiction credits include Wisconsin Death Trip (1999) and Project Nim (2011). Marsh also directs fiction films, including The King (2005), starring Gael Garcia Bernal; Red Riding: 1980 (2009), the second part of the Red Riding trilogy; and Shadow Dancer (2012), with Clive Owen and Gillian Anderson.

Steven Sheil is a screenwriter and director. His first feature, Mum &amp; Dad, was released in 2008 and was described by Total Film as “one of the defining British horrors of its generation.” His second feature, the 2012 action-horror Dead Mine, was shot in Indonesia and starred an international cast. HBO Asia’s first original production, the film is distributed in the U.K. by eOne. He is also the co-writer of psychological drama Gozo, co-written and directed by Miranda Bowen for Bishop Films and due for release in 2016. He also works as a cinematographer, primarily with his wife, the artist and documentarian Jeanie Finlay, and is the co-director of the Mayhem Film Festival, based at Broadway Cinema in Nottingham, U.K.

As an editor, Lance Edmands has cut several acclaimed features including Wild Combination: A Portrait of Arthur Russell and Tiny Furniture. He has also directed commercial campaigns for brands like Chevy, Nationwide, Ford and Blue Cross. His first feature as writer/director, Bluebird, premiered at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival and went on to screen at the Karlovy Vary, Vienna, Busan, Stockholm and Chicago International Film Festivals, picking up several awards along the way. Bluebird was released by Factory 25 and Sundance Artist Services and is currently in theaters.
