Bobby Farrelly is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer whose new film, the sports comedy-drama <a href="https://www.focusfeatures.com/champions/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Champions</a>, starring Woody Harrelson, Kaitlin Olson, Cheech Marin and Ernie Hudson, is now in theaters through Focus Features. Along with his brother Peter, the Farrelly Brothers are known worldwide for their iconic comedies, including Dumb and Dumber, Me, Myself and Irene, There&#8217;s Something About Mary, Kingpin, and Hall Pass, among others. Their films have grossed well over $1 billion at the box office. Farrelly also produced the award-winning documentary The Lost Son of Havana, and has directed many hit TV shows, including Loudermilk, The Now, and Trailer Park Boys. Three Great Things: Bobby Farrelly

Award-winning Mexican director Rodrigo Reyes’ latest film, <a href="http://www.cinemaguild.com/theatrical/sansonandme.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sansón and Me</a>, a vibrant portrait of a friendship navigating immigration and the depths of the criminal justice system, is out on March 3 through Cinema Guild. His films have received the support of the Mexican Film Institute (IMCINE), Sundance and Tribeca Institutes, featuring on PBS and Netflix. He is a recipient of the prestigious Guggenheim Fellowship, Creative Capital Award, the SF Indie Fest Non&#8211;Fiction Vanguard Award, and the Rainin Fellowship. In 2020, his film, 499, won Best Cinematography at the Tribeca Film Festival, as well as the Special Jury Award at Hot Docs.

Chris James Thompson is the director/editor of the new documentary We Are Not Ghouls, out now on digital through Gravitas Ventures. He began his career assisting director Chris Smith with credits on The Pool and Collapse. His directorial feature debut, The Jeffrey Dahmer Files, premiered in competition at SXSW, was acquired and released theatrically by IFC, and was declared a New York Times Critic’s Pick in 2013. His other films include: MECCA: The Floor for ESPN 30-for-30, which won an Emmy for Short-Format Series, and The 414s: The Original Teenage Hackers, which premiered at Sundance and was acquired by CNN Films to premiere on The Anderson Cooper Show. Ron Hill is a self-proclaimed giant nerd hailing from a farm in New Hampshire. His first job out of college was a night assistant editor at World of Wonder. At one point someone thought letting him edit on UNHhhh was a good idea and the world has been suffering the consequences ever since. His work includes serving as the international writer and producer of Morning T&amp;T with RuPaul&#8217;s Drag Race UK talent The Vivienne and Baga Chipz, as well as playing the Cowardly Lion in his middle school&#8217;s production of Wizard of Oz.
Originally from Baltimore, Jeff Maccubbin arrived in L.A. with nothing but his car and a film degree. He quickly entered the comedy scene, horrifying audiences across Los Angeles with his so-called &#8220;jokes.&#8221; Under the pseudonym “Evil Jeff,” he started his own YouTube channel that garnered millions of views before joining the World of Wonder family. Jeff is one of the main editors of the award winning YouTube show UNHhhh starring Trixie and Katya. He has also worked on dozens of other WOW productions including The Vivienne Takes on Hollywood and his latest show, <a href="https://www.wowpresentsplus.com/why-r-humans" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Why R Humans?</a>

Short Attention Span vs the Robot Apocalypse

Paul Taylor is a writer and director. His directorial debut, Driftwood, is a feature length film entirely devoid of dialogue, and was awarded the Grand Jury Prize at the Slamdance 2016 Film Festival. He followed this with the short film, Succulent, which screened at the 2018 Sidewalk Film Festival and was part of Spectacle Theater&#8217;s Hidden Visions series. Kiddo, his most recent short film, screened at the 2022 Sarasota Film Festival and later that year at the Tallgrass Film Festival where it was presented with the award for Outstanding Screenplay. Prior to his work as a writer and director, Paul was a cinematographer for a number of years, having shot a myriad of independent features and shorts. He resides in New York with his wife, daughter, two cats and a variety of houseplants.

Derrick B. Harden is a true renaissance man, motivated by his will to help spread artistic expression in the community. As a rapper, art curator, actor and filmmaker he has worked with Wu-Tang Clan, the Hole gallery, Dame Dash’s Poppington Gallery, HBO’s show Betty and the Harold Hunter Foundation, to name a few. Just this year Derrick self-released <a href="https://spoti.fi/3gA4CtQ" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Super</a> <a href="https://spoti.fi/3SaQTKV" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Thot</a> <a href="https://open.spotify.com/album/6UVprg72EArh6rZDCrvQmn" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Trilogy</a>, albums for those that love underground hip hop. Derrick’s stories of growing up in Brownsville, Brooklyn, have sparked much interest in the film world. He is currently in development on a television project with a major network with co-creator Crystal Moselle. He is also writing a film project about forgiveness that focuses on his childhood growing up in Brownsville in the late ’80s and early ’90s. From his early days in high school playing the role of Rabbi in Fiddler on the Roof, to his time touring with rap acts such as Damien Marley, Cormega and Mr. Cheeks of the Lost Boyz, Derrick continues to lead with his creative eye and integrating his network and love for hip-hop and the urban community.

Carter Smith is a writer, director and photographer whose new film, <a href="http://www.momentumpictures.net/swallowed" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Swallowed</a>, is out now on digital and demand. Smith’s first short film, Bugcrush won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival and led Steven Spielberg to hire Smith to direct The Ruins (2008) for Dreamworks, which was released in 2008 and championed by Stephen King as one of his favorites of the year. Smith&#8217;s second feature, Jamie Marks Is Dead, premiered in dramatic competition at Sundance in 2014 and went on to play at festivals such as Sitges, Outfest and Deauville. He recently directed the queer slasher Midnight Kiss for Blumhouse and Hulu, and just wrapped production on the coming-of-age-hostage-road-trip-thriller The Passenger for Blumhouse and Epix. His recent film contributions include: Ava DuVernay’s When They See Us; Denis Villeneuve’s Arrival, for which he was nominated for an Academy Award and a BAFTA for achievement in cinematography; Ron Howard’s Solo: A Star Wars Story; Ava DuVernay’s Selma, for which Bradford was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Cinematography in a Motion Picture; JC Chandor’s A Most Violent Year; David Lowery’s, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, and Andrew Dosunmu’s Mother of George, both of which won him Sundance U.S. Dramatic Competition Excellence in Cinematography awards (2013). Other films include Dee Rees’ Pariah, for which he won the 2011 Sundance U.S. Dramatic Competition Excellence in Cinematography award, Ava DuVernay’s Middle of Nowhere, Tina Mabry’s Mississippi Damned, Paola Mendoza’s Entre Nos and Andrew Dosunmu’s Restless City. Bradford is also co-founder and CEO of Tribe 7, a film optics company specializing in customizable lenses and color science for film production.
