Semiratruth

Semiratruth is constantly in motion. The Brooklyn-based, Chicago-born electronic artist travels from stage to stage, bouncing between divergent underground music scenes from the US to Guatemala to The Netherlands, synths and sampler in hand like a teleportation device. Onstage they intuitively conduct the energy in the room, seemingly syncing the audience’s collective heart rate to a universal metronome. Wielding a table of electronics, they casually tap out sonic portals to another world. Their latest record, S!M, is out now on Sooper Records.
