Rebecca Richman Cohen is an Emmy-nominated documentary filmmaker who teaches courses on media theory and advocacy at Harvard Law School. Her film <a href="https://weedandwinefilm.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Weed &amp; Wine</a> is now available on VOD, and she is now <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1194067708/weed-and-wine-part-2" target="_blank" rel="noopener">crowdfunding</a> a sequel on Kickstarter. Through her work, she has examined a range of topics, including the prosecution of war crimes in Sierra Leone, responses to sexual violence in the US, cannabis legalization, and biodynamic winemaking. Her most recent film, The Recall: Reframed (broadcast on MSNBC) is the first in a trilogy of short films about mass incarceration, sexual violence, and racial justice. Her SXSW and Tribeca-award winning documentaries have been hosted on platforms including HBO, Amazon, Netflix, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Al Jazeera, public television, and more. She has taught at RISD, American University’s Human Rights Institute, and Columbia University’s Institute for the Study of Human Rights, and has held fellowships with Open Society Foundations, Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society, Harvard’s Film Study Center, and the Nieman Foundation for Journalism. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts with her very good dog and some nice humans too.

Virginie Efira is a Belgian-French actress and former television presenter. She is currently starring in Other People’s Children, opposite Roschdy Zem and Chiara Matroianni, and will be seen in June in Revoir Paris, for which she won the Best Actress award at this year’s Cesars. She had her breakthrough role in the 2013 romantic comedy It Boy, won acclaim and her first Best Actress Cesar nomination for the 2016 drama In Bed with Victoria, and earned a Best Supporting Actress nomination at the 2018 Cesars for Gilles Lelouche’s comedy Sink or Swim. She has appeared in Paul Verhoeven’s two most recent films, Elle and Benedetta, starring in the title role in the latter.

Liz Manashil earned her B.A. in Film and Media Studies at Washington University in St. Louis, and her M.F.A. from USC&#8217;s School of Cinematic Arts. Post-graduation, Liz spent several years as a film critic for the PBS/Hulu series Just Seen It (which she also helped produce and direct), while also working with distribution guru Peter Broderick. In 2016, Liz became the manager of Sundance&#8217;s groundbreaking Creative Distribution Initiative until the program&#8217;s close in 2019. Her debut feature, Bread and Butter, which was called “an absolute must-watch for women everywhere” by HelloGiggles, was released by The Orchard and can be seen on VOD nearly everywhere. Liz’s second feature film, Speed of Life (starring Ann Dowd and Allison Tolman), will be released January 10, and she is now in production on her third, Lady Parts. She lives in Los Angeles with her dog, Laura Palmer, her partner, Sean Wright, and her son, Colin. She currently works as the Senior Manager, Impact Distribution for Picture Motion.
