Comedian, actor, television writer, author and musician Paul Reiser currently stars in Stranger Things, as Dr. Sam Owens, a role created by the Duffer Brothers specifically for him, and Chuck Lorre’s The Kominsky Method, for which he received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. Reiser joined Season 3 of the Emmy-nominated The Boys, playing The Legend. He’s also upcoming in the sitcom-themed comedy series Reboot (which premieres September 20), opposite Keegan-Michael Key, Johnny Knoxville and Judy Greer and recently revived one of his most iconic roles in Mad About You, the long-running hit ’90s comedy Reiser co-created and starred in with Helen Hunt. The veteran actor has garnered praise for notable performances in films such as Diner, Bye Bye Love, Aliens, One Night At McCool’s, the first two Beverly Hills Cop movies and The Thing About My Folks, which Reiser wrote for his co-star Peter Falk. Reiser’s first book, Couplehood, sold over two million copies and was #1 on The New York Times bestsellers list. His subsequent books, Babyhood and Familyhood, were best sellers as well. Over the course of his career, Reiser has received multiple Emmys, Golden Globes, American Comedy Awards and Screen Actors Guild nominations. He and his family reside in Los Angeles. Vincent Grashaw&#8216;s latest film, the horror thriller <a href="https://www.shudder.com/movies/watch/what-josiah-saw/b47611958e68455a" target="_blank" rel="noopener">What Josiah Saw</a>, starring Robert Patrick, Nick Stahl, Scott Haze, Kelli Garner and Tony Hale, is now streaming exclusively on Shudder. Grashaw made his directorial debut with Coldwater, an intense juvenile reform drama that premiered at the 2013 SXSW Film Festival and was released theatrically in 2014, and followed it up with the intense high-school drama And Then I Go, starring Arman Darbo, Sawyer Barth, Melanie Lynskey and Justin Long. Grashaw produced Evan Glodell&#8217;s critically acclaimed Bellflower, receiving an Independent Spirit Award nomination for the John Cassavetes Award, as well as the forthcoming Chuck Hank and the San Diego Twins, starring David Arquette, Troian Bellisario and Olivia Taylor Dudley.

Desi Lydic, currently nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Actress in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series, joined The Daily Show with Trevor Noah as a Correspondent in September 2015 when Noah started his tenure as host. She is a professionally trained improvisational and comedic actress who studied and performed at The Groundlings and Improv Olympic. In 2020’s half-hour special, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah Presents: Remembering RBG – A Nation Ugly Cries with Desi Lydic, Desi explored the remarkable life and legacy of the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Her first one-hour Comedy Central special, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah Presents Desi Lydic: Abroad, premiered in May 2019 and received a Writers Guild Award Nomination. Desi also had a starring role on MTV’s hit comedy series Awkward and her other credits include FXX’s The League and Cameron Crowe’s We Bought a Zoo.

Jim Archer&#8216;s debut feature as director, <a href="https://www.focusfeatures.com/brian-and-charles/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brian and Charles</a>, is out now in theaters and on digital through Focus Features. Jim cut his teeth shooting comedy sketches with friends before writing and directing his debut short film Intervention. He has since gone on to win gold at the Young Director Awards in Cannes, be awarded three Vimeo Staff Picks (one a &#8220;best of the month&#8221; Staff Pick) for his short films and earn plaudits for his television work. He directed the second series of the hit BBC sitcom The Young Offenders and most recently wrapped on new Channel 4 series Big Boys.

Born to hippie artists, Jeremiah Zagar grew up in South Philly spending most afternoons in a dark movie theater or wandering the aisles of his local TLA video store. Later, on trips home from Emerson College, he started filming his parents, resulting in the documentary, In A Dream, which premiered at the SXSW Film Festival and screened theatrically across the US and in film festivals around the world. It was broadcast on HBO, shortlisted for an Academy Award and received two Emmy nominations, including Best Documentary. His next feature-length documentary, Captivated: The Trials of Pamela Smart, premiered in competition at the Sundance Film Festival and aired on HBO to much fanfare in 2014. He directed and co-wrote the feature We The Animals – based on Justin Torres&#8217; best-selling novel of the same name – which was selected for the Sundance Directing and Screenwriting Lab fellowships and premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. His latest work, the documentary series <a href="https://bit.ly/3qMu0my" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Fix</a>, based on Johann Hari&#8217;s book Chasing the Scream: The First and Last Days of the War on Drugs, is now streaming on Roku.j

Puerto Rican actress Natasha López can currently be seen as Charisse on HBO’s sci-fi romantic drama series The Time Traveler’s Wife, which has earned her acclaim for her outstanding performance alongside costar Desmin Borges. She has also appeared on the comedy series How Did That Happen? as well as NBC’s hit crime drama series Law And Order: Special Victims Unit. López made her feature film debut in 2013 in the crime thriller Runner Runner alongside Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck. Mei Makino is a screenwriter and director. She grew up at the intersection of several identities, but never felt like any of them fully fit. This feeling was the seed for her coming-of-age debut feature, <a href="https://www.inbetweengirlfilm.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Inbetween Girl </a>(2021 SXSW Visions’ Audience Award and New York Times Critics&#8217; Pick).
